Shipping

What delivery courier do you use?
Standard orders will be delivered by DPD , GLS, UPS and DHL
How long will it take to receive my order?
The standard delivery time for deliveries in Germany is 1 - 2 days, for deliveries and our neighbouring countries the delivery time is between 3 - 5 days. In rare cases, shipments of goods can take up to 5 working days.
How much does shipping cost?

Can I track my order?

Where do I install my meter?
The installation should be carried out by a qualified electrician. As our meters are DIN rail mounted, they can either be installed in the consumer unit or inside a meter enclosure if there is no space in the consumer unit.

How long is the warranty?
The Supplier warrants that on delivery, and for a period of 24 months from the date of delivery (Warranty Period), the Goods shall: (a)conform in all material respects with their description and any applicable Specification; (b)be free from material defects in design, material, and workmanship. If you purchase goods from NRG INSTRUMENTS, we are the only Eastron supplier to offer an extended warranty of 36 months from date of purchase.
